1. Information you choose to provide
When you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to share, which may include your name, contact details, organization, general housing or referral needs, and the contents of your message. Our public website does not require a visitor account or ask visitors to upload case records or payment details. If someone contacts us on another person's behalf, they should have appropriate permission or another lawful basis and provide only information needed to begin the conversation.
2. Website and technical information
Our website and the providers that help deliver, protect, and maintain it may process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, referral source, access time, and error or security information. Hosting tools may also provide traffic and performance measurements. These functions support page delivery, troubleshooting, security, and understanding website use; a lack of an online inquiry form does not mean no technical information is processed.
3. Browser storage and external services
Website technology may use browser or session storage for functionality, such as remembering navigation or scroll position. Hosting or security services may also use cookies or similar tools. This site loads its typefaces through Google Fonts, so the browser connects to Google's font servers and shares technical request information, including an IP address. The site is hosted using Lovable services, and email communications use the applicable email providers. Those providers' own notices describe their separate handling of information. Browser settings can limit cookies or clear stored data, although some features may be affected.

4. How inquiry information is used
We use information relevant to your inquiry to respond, understand the assistance or partnership you are seeking, communicate about next steps, coordinate a referral when appropriate, and maintain related communication records. Information may also be used as necessary to protect safety, address misuse, and meet legal obligations. A request for general information is not a blanket authorization to disclose sensitive records or to enroll you in a program.
5. When information is shared
Information may be handled by people and service providers helping us respond and operate the website or communications. Relevant information may be coordinated with a referral source or service partner when you authorize it or another lawful basis permits or requires the disclosure. We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with law or lawful process, protect safety, or establish or defend legal rights. The existence of a partnership does not itself authorize unrestricted access to personal records.
6. Sensitive information and safer communication
Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, court files, identification documents, or detailed personal histories through an initial email. Start with general information and ask our team how to proceed. Ordinary email and telephone contact are not emergency-response channels. Do not include another person's confidential information without appropriate authority.
7. Retention and security
How long information is retained depends on the reason it was provided, follow-up needs, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and the need to address disputes or protect rights. Retention by an independent service provider is also subject to that provider's practices. No website, email service, or method of communication can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us with a concern about information you have shared.
8. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to provide information beyond what is needed for your inquiry. You may ask questions about information we hold, request correction or deletion, or tell us your contact preferences by emailing anewpathinc@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line or calling 678-689-8176. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Requests are considered under applicable law and may be limited by legal recordkeeping duties, another person's privacy, or other lawful exceptions. Rights available to you depend on the laws that apply; we will not treat making a privacy request as a housing application or consent to unrelated services.
9. Children
This website is directed to adults and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information should contact us so the matter can be addressed. This statement concerns the website and does not establish program eligibility rules.
10. Other websites and policy updates
Other websites reached through links operate under their own policies. We may update this policy as the website or information practices change, and will show the revised date on this page. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will follow that requirement.
